Hi! I'm Bri!

I'm a Jesus and cold-brew loving wife, momma to 3, and trainer! I have a desire and passion to not only help mommas reach their goals in any phase of motherhood (prenatal, postnatal, or beyond), but to also help them feel strong, energized, and to have a newfound love and confidence in themselves and their beautiful mom bods! 

When it comes to health and fitness for mommas, there isn't a lot of support, information, or proper training. This leads to moms searching for answers and often times getting false information or following exercises and workouts that could potentially hinder their results, set them back, or make certain issues (pelvic floor, diastasis, prolapse, etc.) worse. 

After having my first, I knew that I wanted to move from general personal training, to focusing on moms and helping them navigate health and fitness throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Thus, the mommaFit Collective (mFC; formerly Scully Fitness) was born! 

I've designed mFC to offer something for every mom, regardless of what stage of motherhood they are in, or what their fitness level is. I prenatal, postnatal, and general workout programs, in addition to 1:1 training for those who need that personalized attention and focus. All of my programs provide options for beginners, intermediate, and advanced fitness levels. I also make sure to cover form and educate you along the way so that you can do the workouts and get the absolute most out of every move, minute, rep and set. 

Lastly, I want to speak to you, momma. I want you to know that whatever desire or goal it is that you have, you can do it. I don't know where you are on your journey so far, but I don't want you to feel stressed, overwhelmed, or discouraged. Health and fitness can be tough. But guess what? You're stronger than all of it, and I would love to be the one to remind you of that every single day and help you on your journey.
